Mouse Model and Cell Lines Useful for Screening Compounds for Metastasis

The invention is a new mouse model of cancer metastasis useful for evaluating potential therapies for tumor management. The invention identifies three new spontaneously arising tumors in the inbred VM/Dk mouse strain; cell lines were derived from these tumors.
