Novel flavivirus replication inhibitors, bis-amide pyrolidine derivatives, and pharmaceutical compositions and the use thereof to treat disorders caused by West Nile virus, Bovine Viral Diarrhea virus, Hepatitis B virus and other emerging flaviviruses, such as, for example, JEV, SLEV, AV, KV, JV, CV, YV, TBEV, dengue viruses (e.g., DENV-1, DENV-2, DENV-3, DENV-4), YFV and MVEV.
