This invention relates to a homogenous adjuvant blend for use in spray carriers containing herbicides, which are used to control weeds or other undesired vegetation. This homogenous adjuvant blend includes a neutral blend of nitrogen fertilizer, a pH adjuster, modified vegetable oil, and a blend of nonionic surfactants having high, intermediate, and low hydrophilic-lipophilic balance.
