Nebraska Matrix: Pressure Ulcer Intervention Solution

The Nebraska Metrix is an evidence based solution that prescribes interventions to prevent the incidence of hospital acquired pressure ulcers. Based on the Braden & Braden Q scores, the Nebraska Matrix has resulted in more than threefold reduction in the incidence of pressure ulcers in a hospital setting.
