Detailed Description

This technology is an in-line lens-less digital holographic microscope with magnification capability. The system acquires holographic measurement data of a specimen via a CCD camera and a processor is used for the numerical re-construction of the specimen data. The device is applicable for micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) characterisation or cell analysis.
