A User-Friendly Genomics Study Platform

The program is an integrated web application and database that allows lab biologists to conduct meta-analysis of multiple genomics data sets from various data platforms.
Advantages
This user friendly program allows the analysis and synthesis of gene expression data of individual genes and entire gene sets in any of number of experimental situations. Comparisons, compilation and recording of the data and annotations can be done based on Gene Ontology, PubMed or custom annotations. It is designed such that a non bio-statistician can also access and view the data. The program can be run either on an intranet or on a public server.
