Method for Differentiating Intravenous Tubing

UCSF physicians have developed a simple product design and method for differentiating intravenous (IV) tubing containing drug infusions from IV tubing that is clear of drugs. This innovation provides immediate visual differentiation between multiple IV tubes so that the health care provider can quickly and safely provide fluid bolus or inject medication through the appropriate IV tube.
