Detailed Description

Vanderbilt researchers have created a high resolution, single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) meiotic map of the zebrafish model organism, Danio rerio, and characterized diversity of laboratory strains. This resource will allow researchers to rapidly and accurately conduct positional cloning using SNP genotyping platforms.
