License Fields

Add the license fields directly into the text of your license agreement, as they are written here.

Available Fields:

1. [#Licensor] – licensor name. Location name if licensor is the organization OR first and last name if the licensor is the researcher.
2. [#Licensor Organization] – the technology's organization name.
3. [#Licensee Organization] – logged on user's organization name.
4. [#Licensor Address] – licensor province/state, country
5. [#Licensee] – logged on user's name
6. [#Licensee Address] – licensee province/state, country
7. [#Technology] – technology name in upper case
8. [#Licensee Contact] – (where available) licensee address, city province/state, country, postal, email, telephone (a separate tag in addition to Licensee Address)
9. [#Today] - the date on which the online agreement is consummated
